About the role
We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Associate to join the Darwin team on a permanent full-time basis.
Whether you're stepping into the Real Estate industry for the first time or seeking an invigorating new challenge, we want to hear from you! As a Sales Associate supporting Elders Top End Group leading sales agents, you'll dive into the dynamic world of prospecting for new business, learning from one of the top agents in the field. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with vendors and buyers of a wider range of properties and build a powerful network within the industry, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling career.
As a Real Estate Sales Associate, you will be provided with the tools necessary to support the rural sales agents in delivering outcomes for their clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
2. Assist in preparing property appraisals, listings, and promoting open homes.
3. Build and maintain authentic buyer and clientele relationships.
4. Manage buyer enquiries and accurately maintain databases.
5. Provide open home support, coordinate appointments, photo shoots, and inspections.
6. Perform general administration as required.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
1. Current NT Sales Registration Certificate or working towards completion.
2. Current driver’s license with a suitable vehicle.
3. Previous experience in a fast-paced sales or customer-focused environment.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
5. Flexibility to work Monday – Saturday (no Sunday work required).
6. An eagerness to develop and grow your Real Estate career.
