Key Account Manager, Online Retail - EDG The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to be based in Sydney to grow Online Retail, Digital and eCommerce remits within the Endeavour Group. The Key Account Manager (Online Retail - EDG) is a critical role within the Endeavour Sales team which supports the team in delivering against its financial goals and works to develop long-term collaborative relationships with the Retailer. This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage and expand a high-potential area to help drive online retail and digital transformation.This is a full-time, permanent position.Role ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Endeavour Group and partnering within their digital and online channels teamsDevelop and execute wine sales strategies to achieve the FY sales targets and market share growth targetsOptimisation of wine resource via allocations across the customer team and leveraging of opportunities to win additional branded business, working with Winemaking / Viti and key Marketing contactsInteractions across all multiple key internal functions (supply, finance, category & brand) and with external counterparts within the Online Retail and Endeavour Group’s commercial and supply chain team.Execution of all relevant marketing and customer marketing initiatives, and promotional program management including slotting and submission for all EDG promotionsTrade spend management – all agreed promotions accrued and entered within the relevant business systems and approved by required stakeholdersLead online / digital / eCommerce customer planning process internally and ensure all sales volumes are communicated through the SO+P process and Commercial Operations for products aligned with marketingVolume Forecasting – communicating the most accurate forecast of promotional assumptions to key stakeholders within the businessBusiness performance tracking and reporting – focus on both internal & external KPI’s (RSV, market share, Net Revenue & Profit)Fortnightly / Monthly customer WIP’sManagement of sample process – ensuring correct samples are provided during the range review processWork collaboratively and enthusiastically within the team and contribute to positive team engagementWhat You'll BringBehavioural :Growth mindset with the ability to identify potential, create opportunities and convert these into revenue for the businessStrong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across multiple functions and levels within the businessConflict and first-class negotiation skills are a requirementAbility to work in a changing environment – due to Wine being an agriculturally based business there can often be changes not within your controlCapability to work at pace to ensure any opportunities that arise from the retailer are capitalised and assist with the business’s growth ambitionsA results-focused approach, with strong influencing ability and collaborative team playerFunctional :2-3 years minimum experience in a National Account Executive or Business Development Management roleSeveral years’ experience in liquor (wine preference) or FMCG with demonstrated Endeavour Group customer management experienceHigh skill level and knowledge in excel applicationUnderstanding of Aztec, Quantium and Endeavour systems highly advantageousStrong PowerPoint and presentation skills to deliver both internal and external presentations to ensure key business messages are landed clearlyBusiness travel required from time to timeOccasional out of hours work may be requiredWhat You'll GetWe will provide the ideal climate and a hand-picked rewards package for you to make a difference in our successful and growing business.You will also have access to :Wine allowance and access to unique wine specialsFlexible working (Up to 2-3 days working from home)Start your weekend early with our Fast Friday finishes!Modern office located in the heart of the Sydney CBDVolunteer on our Go Beyond Day to make a differenceEarn bonus leave for your loyalty, plus celebrate your Work Anniversary with a day offAccess to an extensive online learning libraryPrivate Health Insurance Discounts & Annual Flu Vaccination ProgramEmployee Assistance Program + other exclusive employee discounts with national retailersSound like your kind of drop?
