See yourself in our Team Business Banking offer a wide range of services and solutions to our small to medium, enterprise customers and our regional and agribusiness customers.The Business Banking Change Management Chapter Area is a high-performing team with far-reaching networks across CommBank.Our purpose is to unlock frontline capacity and fantastic customer experiences.We are focused on creating a superior change experience for our people and business Customers.In this role This role reports directly to the Chapter Area Lead – Business Bank OCM.You will be a leader in the change team, with responsibility for the growth and development of others.You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Sponsors, Segment leaders, scrum teams and key stakeholders to understand and manage the change for your project and guide others to do the same.Your projects will be impacting thousands of people, giving you the opportunity to use your agile mindset, think creatively and design a change approach that is fit for purpose.This role will be a 12-months secondment opportunity for an internal candidate, or a 12-months Maximum Term Contract for an external candidate.Do work that matters The role includes, but is not limited, to the following: Ensure the people-related benefits and risks of the change are well-understood and managed including activities that contribute to post-implementation benefit realisation Develop and execute effective strategies and plans to manage the people impact of proposed changes and projects, including overseeing all related communications, training and stakeholder engagement Work as a key business partner/advisor and provide change advice to project delivery teams, stakeholders and senior leaders Lead the identification, management and engagement of stakeholders, including the identification and resolution of stakeholder operational risks and issues Lead the effective delivery of change interventions and solutions, working cross functionally to ensure the change outcomes are successfully achieved Partner with key stakeholders to understand their change needs and provide insights about knowledge and ability gaps Provide responsive, effective, accurate and timely change advice to senior leaders and report regularly on progress and achievement of change outcomes Lead the development of artefacts, including change impact assessments, change implementation plans, communication plans, stakeholder engagement, business readiness assessments and resistance management plans Report on the effectiveness of the change management discipline and leverage insights to inform continuous improvement opportunities back to the broader Change Management Chapter Area and Practice Collaborate across the Change Management Chapter Area and Practice to drive knowledge sharing, learning and problem solving We're interested in hearing from people who have Tertiary Qualifications – hold a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or an equivalent business-related discipline (desired) Proven communicator with stakeholders, who can demonstrate capacity to work to tight deadlines High levels of motivation and resilience Experience in finance or accounting Outstanding written communication skills Ability to work independently, influence and work with stakeholders Proven ability to deliver challenging tasks to tight deadlines, evidenced by experience in owning and driving complex initiatives Sound commercial acumen and professional judgement If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.We're keen to support you with the next step in your career.We're aware of some accessibility issues on this site, particularly for screen reader users.We want to make finding your dream job as easy as possible, so if you require additional support please contact HR Direct on 1800 989 696.Advertising End Date: 18/11/2024
