Job Title: Senior Legal Officer Department: Public Trustee Location: Government - State (Government & Defence) Employment Type: Full time Salary: $151,758 – $178,994 per annum + 11.5% Super The Public Trustee offers independent, professional trustee and asset management services to the Western Australian community. These include deceased estate administration, and personal trustee and administration services. The Legal Directorate is accountable for the provision of Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney drafting service. Additionally, the Directorate prepares applications for probate and provides advice or conducts litigation on matters on behalf of the Public Trustee.
