Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to ensure alignment with company goals. Provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance and KPIs. Offer training and ongoing support to sales teams on new tools and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, ideally with a technical product or service. Background in process or mechanical engineering, with the ability to provide technical guidance. Strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and customer journey. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Self-motivated with a passion for driving results and business growth. Desirable Skills:
