About You
We’re looking for a dedicated leader who meets the following key requirements:
4. Qualifications : Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practising certificate.
5. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated effective leadership with strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
6. Experience : At least 5 years of post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse, with proven leadership in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
7. Knowledge : Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, quality improvement systems, and contemporary nursing and health care issues within a project management framework
