Maintenance Coordinator – Beckenham, WAKey Responsibilities:Act as the primary liaison between the Service Team and Site Management, supporting tasks such as reactive allocation, tracking, reporting, and escalating as needed.Coordinate and allocate maintenance tasks, including Planned and Reactive Maintenance, across multiple services and contracts, ensuring task completion within established KPIs.Maintain and ensure the accuracy of data and records related to assets and maintenance activities, keeping documentation up-to-date.Operate the internal helpdesk line, managing client service desk calls and updating tasks accordingly.Close out work orders by entering close-off numbers and performing necessary checks to process job claims.Communicate daily with tradespeople to ensure their performance aligns with KPI requirements.Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.Skills and Experience:General understanding of maintenance activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a strong aptitude for learning new software programs.High-level written and verbal communication skills.Desirable: Training in Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S), Quality Assurance (QA), or environmental-related disciplines.Benefits:Career development opportunities through SMG.Clear pathways for career progression.Comprehensive training provided.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Location:This role is based in Beckenham, WA.If this aligns with your expertise and aspirations, we'd love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearExpected hours: 38 per weekSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftWork Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In personExpected Start Date: 13/01/2025
