Job Description
Troocoo are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Solutions & Analytics to lead the development and implementation of data strategy for our QLD Based Organisation.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights and solutions are at the core of our digital transformation, driving both operational excellence and strategic growth.
The Head of Solutions and Analytics will collaborate with Senior leadership, technology, and business teams to align data initiatives with the organisation's overall strategic goals and digital objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and coordination of the solutions and analytics team, resource allocation, and team operations enhancement to meet business needs.
* Lead the design of new digital solutions and strategies, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
* Oversee and manage enterprise architecture.
* Develop and oversee data analytics and information services to provide accurate, timely, and relevant business insights.
* Ensure the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Leadership Team have access to key data to support the evolving strategy.
* Create and evolve the information and records management strategy and oversee relevant service.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, executive leadership, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure digital solutions and information management practices comply with relevant regulations, data governance standards, and policies.
* Effectively lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of digital solutions and data management professionals.
* Ensure effective accountability and reporting mechanisms, staff retention and innovative recruitment strategies, and financial management practices are in place.
Key Competencies:
* Demonstrated experience in Solutions Design and Architecture.
* Data management, analytics, and systems integration to support business objectives.
* Digital transformation best practices, including emerging technologies, data governance, information management, and regulatory compliance.
* Extensive experience in leading and developing teams with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and performance.
* Proven ability to manage the development, implementation, and evaluation of strategic, business, human resource, and performance plans.
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.
* Ability to develop sound and concise business cases, briefing documents, and presentations.
* Experience and knowledge of financial and budget management practices.
* Ability to identify and solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
* Translating complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Exposure to Information and Records Management practices (highly desirable).
* Knowledge of Cyber Security Operations processes in an ISO27001 environment (highly desirable).
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in leading and developing teams, driving digital transformation, and managing complex data initiatives.
They will be able to demonstrate expertise in solutions design and architecture, data management, analytics, and systems integration, as well as digital transformation best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex information to a wide range of stakeholders.
A highly desirable candidate will have exposure to information and records management practices and knowledge of cyber security operations processes in an ISO27001 environment.
