We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a local-based portfolio of 160 properties. Your duties will include:
* Maintaining relationships with landlords and owners.
* Conducting repairs and maintenance.
* Rental arrears management.
* Completing ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports.
* Carrying out regular rent and lease reviews.
* Preparing claims for rental bonds and attending CTTT hearings when required.
The Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous real estate experience.
* A current Certificate of Registration and Driver's License.
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
* A strong team player with a willingness to offer support.
* Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act.
