About the Role
Crowe Australasia is seeking talented and experienced Auditors and Senior Auditors to join our Melbourne team. We offer flexible working policies, including work-from-home options, and a 9-day working fortnight with Time Off in Lieu (TOIL).
What You'll Do
* Work on an exciting portfolio of clients across various industries.
* Complete standard auditing activities for review, ensuring jobs are completed effectively and accurately within timeframes.
* Assist in preparing business reports and management letters for clients.
* Determine audit strategies, timetables, and schedules employees, serving as a point of contact.
* Establish strong relationships with clients to maintain ongoing engagements.

About You
* Previous experience with Australian auditing standards and accounting standards.
* CA or CPA qualification or working towards it.
* Solid business acumen with the ability to manage multiple priorities within agreed timelines.
* Strong teamwork and problem-solving mindset.
* Genuine desire to lead and contribute to our growing team.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.
* High experience with CaseWare Working Papers and Financial statements.
