Product Support Analyst in FinTech
We are seeking a recent graduate or an individual with a passion for technology and financial services to join our team as a Product Support Analyst.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with inbound phone and email inquiries, owning, troubleshooting, and tracking client incidents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and prioritize critical issues to ensure exceptional client service.
* Proactively build knowledge about products and the financial services industry.
To Excel in This Role, You'll Bring:
* A tertiary qualification in a related discipline, ideally financial services, or equivalent experience with a strong passion and skills.
* A keen interest in financial planning, financial services, and/or technology.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic technical skills or familiarity with software applications, although not essential.
