About the Role
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract position as an HR Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of contracts, variation letters, and other documentation.
* Supporting leaders with low to mid-level Employee Relations matters, including performance management, absenteeism, and disciplinary actions.
* Managing the employee lifecycle.
* Maintaining and updating HR records within their HRIS and Payroll Systems.
About You
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will be highly organised and skilled at managing high volumes of HR queries, as well as juggling competing priorities.
You have expertise in working in organisations with a shared service structure, preferably within financial services or professional services.
Additionally, you have a keen eye for detail, excel at building relationships, are an effective communicator, and possess a thorough understanding of Australian employment legislation, comfortable interpreting Awards and HR policies.
