Your new company You will be part of the Campus Management team, which is responsible for planning, developing, and managing the campus and property portfolio to support teaching, research, and campus life. This team delivers a comprehensive range of services across the university. Your new role As the Property Manager, you will oversee the management of the university's property portfolio, including coordinating leasing activities and handling property acquisitions and sales. Manage property projects related to the university's current operations and future direction.Liaise with Legal Services regarding property management.Administer the property portfolio, including leasing, rental reviews, maintenance, and capital works.Oversee external property managers.Handle the disposal and acquisition of university properties.Manage the finances and performance of the property portfolio.Provide financial advice on property development, acquisitions, and disposals.Maintain the database for administration, asset planning, and property management.Advise client groups on property-related matters.Perform other duties as required.Hours per day: 7.5 hours.Position Type: Full-time (5 days a week/37.5 hours) or Part-time (4 days a week/30 hours).Remote Work: Opportunity to work from home 2 days a week, with a minimum of 3 days in the office, including Thursdays.What you'll need to succeed Relevant degree or equivalent competency in property and land development.Knowledge of statutory guidelines and regulatory bodies.Experience in property portfolio management.Strong conceptual, innovative, analytical, research, and decision-making skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and liaise at all levels within a large organisation and with external consultants.Experience in financial management of property portfolios.Proficiency with databases and Excel spreadsheets.What you'll get in return Parking: Staff parking available at $3 per day$53.78 per hour plus superannuation.What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or please contact Charlotte Little on either ******** or (email protected) If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career.
