Job Description
This role is responsible for leading key projects, including the SharePoint Intranet Conversion and the Staff communication platform replacement.
Key Projects:
* Project 1: SharePoint Intranet Conversion - Oversee the conversion of the company's intranet to a new SharePoint platform.
* Project 2: Staff Communication Platform Replacement - Replace the existing staff communication platform with a new solution.
Responsibilities:
* Change Management: Proven experience in change management roles, particularly in technology-driven projects with a communications focus.
* SharePoint Expertise: Strong knowledge of SharePoint as an intranet platform, including experience supporting users in site management and content creation.
* Communication Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage a diverse range of teams across operational and corporate functions.
* Training and Support: Experience developing and delivering training programs, support materials, and reference documentation.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
