About the Role
As a Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functionality of MEQ Probe's advanced technologies in the field.
* Install and maintain cutting-edge equipment.
* Train operators and troubleshoot challenges.
Your responsibilities also include:
Providing ongoing client support.
Supporting the collection and analysis of data using MEQ technology.
Developing and updating documentation and training materials.
Collaborating with the product development team to drive continuous improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone with a mix of technical skills, a passion for the meat or agriculture industry, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, hands-on environments.
* Exposure to the meat or agricultural industry (highly regarded).
* Technical aptitude (background in field technician roles advantageous).
* Knowledge of, or a strong interest in, software and hardware systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to unique challenges.
* Ability to work flexible hours (including early mornings or late nights) and travel to client sites.
* Confidence in training and engaging with others.
* A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Additional Requirements
* A current, valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
* Ability to pass a drug test.
* Q-fever vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
* COVID-19 vaccination.
