Our rosters, while busy with 2 to 4 sector days, ensure that you'll be back in the comfort of your own home most nights. We understand that life demands flexibility, which is why we offer a sophisticated roster bid system, allowing you to choose shift patterns that align with your needs. With multiple bases across the east coast, you can also apply for base transfers, ensuring that your career remains in sync with your evolving circumstances.
Training
We understand the paramount importance of safety. Our Pilot Training Program is designed to uphold our esteemed safety record and setting our pilots for success. Our Evidence Based Training (EBT) program is designed to go beyond standard requirements, providing our pilots with realistic training scenarios and hands-on experiences to enhance their skills as a pilot to the highest level.
Sustainability
Our current NEO fleet has reduced total emissions by more than 16,000 tonnes over the last 12 months – the equivalent of taking 3500 cars off the road. The quieter and more fuel efficient NEOs are set to kickstart a new era of improved sustainability and growth for Jetstar.
Expanding routes
The introduction of the NEOs has allowed us to offer more low fares to new destinations and add capacity and frequency on our most popular routes. These longer range and highly fuel-efficient aircrafts have also freed up our Boeing 787 fleet to reach new destinations even further away.
Join Jetstar Airways and embark on a journey that combines the excitement of aviation with the comfort of a balanced lifestyle, all while growing in an environment that values your passion and growth!
