This role is integral to the month-end processes, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple Live Nation entities in Australia and New Zealand. You will also play a key role in liaising with auditors and supporting the wider team with a range of accounting functions.This is a hands-on role that demands strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet business-critical deadlines. You’ll manage everything from GST lodgements and overhead journals to balance sheet reconciliations and tax calculations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering accurate, timely financial reports, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities:Month-End & Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly GST lodgements for Australian and New Zealand companies, corporate result reports, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.Tax & Compliance: Prepare and review provisional tax calculations, ensuring compliance with SOX and audit regulations, including quarterly tax requirements.Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in monthly forecasting of overheads, variance analysis, and the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.Reconciliations & Reporting: Complete corporate reporting for ANZ entities using BPC software, prepare roll-forward packs, and assist with ad-hoc reporting as required.Vendor & Payment Management: Review and approve payments for SOA compliance, vendor account creation requests, and intercompany matrices across all Live Nation entities.Audit & Internal Controls: Assist in the preparation and delivery of internal, external, and operational audits for the ANZ entities.Aged Debtors Management: Liaise with the business to ensure timely settlement of customer accounts and manage aged debtor invoices.CAPEX & Vendor Account Maintenance: Maintain CAPEX records and review vendor account setup requests as needed.Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle any ad-hoc financial reporting or tasks as requested by the finance team or management.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, with progress towards CPA/CA qualifications.2-3 years of experience in accounting, particularly with month-end processes and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with strong Excel and analytical skills.Experience with Oracle ERP and BI tools is preferred, but not essential.Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with attention to detail and accuracy.Previous experience in a similar role in a complex, multi-entity environment is ideal.Solid understanding of tax regulations and financial compliance processes, especially for ANZ entities.The Benefits:Access to concerts, events, and other entertainment perks.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Benefits like health insurance, wellness programs, and mental health support.The opportunity to travel and experience live events in different locations.We are deeply committed to diversity, inclusion, and supporting our people.
