With several exciting product launches scheduled over the next few years and a multitude of ongoing research initiatives, there has never been a better time to be part of our journey.About the RoleIn this newly created role, as Medical Lead - Haematology, you'll be responsible for the execution and success of GSK's medical strategy in this space. Acting as an advocate for GSK Australia at a global level and being able to collaborate with the wider medical team to drive success.Your role will include:Interact with global governance structures, clearly articulating Australia's needs.Pre-launch & Launch strategy, and pipeline assessments, with an initial focus on Haematology.Use medical and technical expertise to liaise with external experts, health care professionals, and scientific researchers.Provide medical and technical expertise to scientific submissions, and to marketing and sales.Provide external insights to internal teams to assist in business, clinical development, and strategic planning.Act as a delegate for the Medical Director when needed, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence the wider team.About you?To be successful in the role, you'll have a demonstrated track record in creating and executing complex pre-launch and launch medical strategies, with a critical need for scientific knowledge of (or experience in) haematology.
