This includes crisis response, assessment, safety planning, short-term intervention, planning for ongoing care, and supplementary care for children with severe and enduring mental ill health.About the Role: As the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you'll have a dual role, comprising both clinical and managerial responsibilities. You will be the team leader of the ACRT and manage a large and dynamic multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include relationship building, service planning, staff training and development, and continuous improvement.What you will bring: Extensive experience as a senior clinical nurse within a mental health settingExperience working in a community setting is valuableFlexibility and adaptability in leading the development of a new serviceAbility to work collaboratively across internal and external teams, services and stakeholdersRegistration as a Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is required.
