Position Objective:
* Increase market share for Dermatologists Own Brand by signing up additional clinics and boosting overall sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales and Relationship Management:
o Sell products through dermatologist clinics across Sydney, expanding to skin cancer and cosmetic clinics.
o Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clinics.
o Conduct 5 hours per week of in-person meetings with clinics.
* Marketing and Sales Strategy:
o Increase online sales by implementing an SEO marketing strategy and improving website design with a focus on "clinical efficacy."
o Develop bundled product offerings (e.g., acne, rosacea, sun damage, anti-aging) and corresponding marketing strategies.
o Coordinate and oversee marketing opportunities via social media and influencers.
o Oversee updates to the website, MailChimp, and customer email database.
o Drive repeat purchases by reaching out to previous customers and coordinating newsletters and promotional activities.
* Administration and Reporting:
o Spend 5 hours per week on organisational and administrative tasks, including reporting to the CFO and overseeing tasks related to marketing and sales.
* Product Line Review:
o Review the product line to determine which products need additional sales support or should be considered for removal.
* Weekly Progress Meetings:
o Participate in weekly progress meetings with the CFO to discuss sales achievements and task tracking.

* Hourly Rate: $30/hr + superannuation
