The Aged Care Funding Reform and Systems Branch (ACFRS) supports the delivery of the multi-year Aged Care Transformation Program (ACTP) through designing and delivering client and assessment-centred IT systems, products and services that will improve the aged care digital experience. Our work includes the New Aged Care Act (NACA) and Support at Home (SAH) programs, and enhancements to the Aged Care Gateway (ACG) product suite, which underpins My Aged Care services. The ACG Design Assurance and Enablement (DAE) section supports the ACTP by providing IT design functions for ACG related ICT initiatives. The section's primary responsibility is ensuring the quality of the end-to-end ACG ICT solution design which includes management of the ACG IT design competency and people operations. We have identified the need to engage the market for System Analysts, Oracle Intelligent Advisors (OIA). This will help the DAE section maintain sufficient resource capacity, backfill upcoming leave, and address any performance issues.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Provision of Specified Personnel on a time and materials basis in the following role: OIA Designer to undertake tasks including:
Role & Responsibilities: Analysing requirements for Oracle Intelligent Advisor centred solutions. Engaging and collaborating with stakeholders from various areas within the department to understand the business needs, policy decisions and to develop solutions. Writing specifications based on the business requirements and policies. Solutioning integration of Oracle Intelligent Advisor with other platforms such as Siebel and FMW for backend components and .NET for UI components. Providing high level and detailed effort estimations. Outlining specific UI designs while ensuring they adhere to the departmental UI/UX guidelines. Providing support for releases by engaging with developers and testers. Essential Criteria: Proven experience in Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) solutions, including familiarity with the OIA connector framework, styling extensions and OIA APIs; Ability to document technical solutions in detail; Ability to elicit requirements from business owners and translate these requirements into specifications; Demonstrable experience applying a wide variety of Software Development methodologies including waterfall, Agile etc. Desired Criteria:
Transforming business requirements and policies into detailed business rules logical to Oracle Intelligent Advisor.
Experience writing rules in OIA's Oracle Policy Modelling (OPM) development tool. Skills in the integration of OIA with Siebel CRM. Demonstrable architectural or business designer experience.
