* Success in this role will be underpinned by creativity, consistency of delivery, food safety compliance and a strong team culture focused on development.
THE CRITERIA
* 2 years’ experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment;
* Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery;
* Fantastic written and verbal communication skills;
* Passion for the hospitality industry;
* Strong attention to detail;
* Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
* Ability to work well unsupervised;
* Premium dining experience is advantageous, but not a necessity!
