In this vital role, you will ensure accurate financial record-keeping and manage our weekly payroll processes. As part of our close-knit admin team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our business.Key Responsibilities:Data entry and maintenance of financial recordsGeneral ledger and bank reconciliationsReconciliation of intercompany transactionsManaging accounts receivable and payable, including invoicingPayroll processing and maintenanceEnsuring compliance with superannuation (SG) obligationsLodging GST, BAS, payroll tax, and other statutory reportsMaintaining fixed asset registersLiaising with external accountantsPerforming ad hoc duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration rolesProficiency with MYOB and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work autonomouslyExperience in payroll processing and general ledger reconciliationsExcellent organisational and time management skillsThis is a part-time role, requiring 6 to 8 hours per day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.#J-18808-Ljbffr
