You'll engage with customers to understand their unique needs and provide solutions that fit seamlessly into their lives or projects. Your ability to build rapport, skillfully guide customers through product options, and provide top-tier service will be key to your success. This role also requires you to support the service team, understanding products well enough to address customer inquiries.What You Will Do Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by providing personalised, solution-oriented service.Educate customers on high-end appliance products, guiding them through options with a consultative approach.Collaborate with the service team to stay informed on product details, helping manage inquiries related to service and product functionality.Support boutique builders and other high-end clients with tailored recommendations.Meet sales targets by delivering high-quality, customer-focused service rather than high volume transactions.Continuously learn about products through company-led training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.What You Will Bring Proven experience in solution-selling and the ability to build rapport with customers.A service-first mindset with a passion for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.Excellent communication skills and an approachable demeanour.Flexibility to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.A desire to learn and grow within a company that values education and team development.What's In It for You!
