Case Manager – Intensive Family Support Hervey BayIMPACT Community Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our Intensive Family Support program in Hervey Bay. This full-time role involves working closely with vulnerable families to enhance their capacity to care for and nurture their children safely.
