Services include: home assessments/modifications, equipment prescription, manual handling plans, ADL assessments and more. Caseload will include: neurological conditions, MND, MS, spinal cord injuries, TBI. Training provided prior to seeing clients. Clients seen are within a 30-45 minute radius of the clinic location. Clinic is based in Nowra plus extensive Work From Home options. How you will be supported:The company has an incredibly thorough induction period that lasts between 2-4 weeks depending on experience. During this time you are very closely supported by the OT Team Leader and predominantly based in the office. The number of clients you see per day will increase slowly in line with your experience and how you are progressing. After your induction period, you receive weekly supervision with the Team Leader and the company runs monthly PD days. The team also uses a chat platform where they share learning points and discuss complex cases. The company has a focus on supporting you in your interest area and so can help tailor caseloads and provide additional PD in line with these!Why this role:Feel valued with incredible salary packages ranging from $85,000 - 120,000 + super + bonuses.
