We are seeking a successful and self-motivated Real Estate Sales Specialist for our Murray Bridge branch to focus on residential, lifestyle, and rural sales throughout the Murray Mallee region.
About the Opportunities:
The successful applicant will enjoy limitless potential throughout the region, whilst being backed by the resources and network of one of Australia’s leading real estate networks. We are a supportive company with friendly and approachable management. The role requires someone who will be:
* Responsible for appraising, listing, and selling properties
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers
* Following up on leads and actioning them
* Managing marketing campaigns
* Reporting on enquiries / leads
* Building and managing your presence in the local area
* Ongoing training and licensing opportunities and the support to grow and develop your career will be made available.
About You:
With an ability to work autonomously but as part of a progressive team, you will be energetic and have a willingness to contribute. To be successful, you will demonstrate:
* The ability to engage with and build customer relationships with both sellers and buyers.
* You will be self-motivated, creative, a strong negotiator, and driven to achieve tangible results.
* Commercially savvy in your approach and professional in your presentation
* A current Real Estate Sales license (or currently undertaking)
* Driver’s license and motor vehicle
* If you have the sales skills and not the qualifications, we will train you.
