Requirements:
* Proven experience in a General Manager role or similar in hospitality (3+ years).
* Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
* RSA and food safety certificates are essential.
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
