Part of the CSR family, our Exterior Systems Unit comprises of PGH Bricks Hebel, Fiber Cement & AFX Systems. We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential applications including a large range of products and systems that cover both the domestic & residential markets About the role: Based at Golden Grove & reporting to the Regional General Manager SA, you will be responsible for sales performance in the segments through preparation & implementation of tactical plans to deliver agreed objectives in compliance with management expectations & CSR policies, standards and procedures throughout South Australia As a high-performing and driven personality, you'll bring dedication to offering excellent service & technical support to our customers. Flexibility is key, as this role will require local travel, and attending various trade shows & customer events, that may be outside of working hours. Key Accountabilities: Achieve sales budget and targets for allocated customers and report on sales performance against targets for current period. Identify/secure new sales opportunities / business prospects, that will increase our revenue & margins thru our reseller network. Provide exceptional customer service & support to all customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Develop growth strategies, execute marketing activities, and manage agreements. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge to provide customers with the best solutions. Collaborate with other departments regarding sales and meet customer needs, such as our Customer Service, Finance, and Marketing teams. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities. Uphold the company's values and contribute positively to the workplace culture. Manage and maintain relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to retain existing and identify and convert new business opportunities. Monitor customer & market activity and feedback via CRM. Ensure customer account plans & call cycles are implemented & actioned. Resolve issues & complaints with customers. About You: Previous experience within a similar role & within the building products or construction industry Proficient with CRM software & Office applications (intermediate excel). Self-starter with a high energy with a will to succeed. Familiarity with sales performance metrics. Merchandising skills and experience Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on the customer. Negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills and experience.
