We are fortunate to enjoy terrific internal relationships and have developed excellent partnerships with the local community that provide for seamless integrated care for our clients.About The RoleProvide ward clerk assistance, secretarial, and receptionist services within MHDAS Inpatient Units, to enable the team to provide efficient, courteous and clinically effective treatment and care for people experiencing the effects of major mental illness and/or drug and alcohol issues.Entry of data, print and complete routine reports from relevant databases such as, but not limited to iPMS, The Care Manager (TCM), Bossnet and RAPID in accordance with Barwon Health requirements for use in patient care and health services analysis.Entry of other data into administration spreadsheets and database systems and production or printing of routine reports.Accurate labelling and scanning of client documentation into electronic systems.Participate in the orientation and training of new staff, when required.Promptly answer telephones and provide courteous responses.About The CultureYou will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional and dedicated team who take pride in providing high quality services.
