About the Role
As a Project (Asset) Officer, you will:
1. Lead Exciting Construction Projects : Work closely with consultants, contractors, and asset management staff to develop detailed scopes for repairs and upgrades. Oversee contract management throughout maintenance upgrade phases.
2. Be the Go-To Expert : Prepare comprehensive project briefs, status reports, financial information, and other documentation to support decision-making for Repairs and Maintenance projects on properties.
3. Drive Practical Solutions : Provide advice and input in developing technical specifications and layouts for individual minor facilities management projects.
4. Engage with the Community : Act as the primary contact for tenants, addressing all repairs and maintenance enquiries related to specific programs of work.
5. Build Strong Relationships : Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups, to facilitate seamless asset management services across the portfolio.
6. Ensure Compliance : Monitor, record, and report on program progress to ensure alignment with relevant processes, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
