The Senior Business Development Executive role is an opportunity to join a fun, fast paced and dynamic team that sells the ConnexAI product offering globally. This role is perfect for an experienced Sales/ Business Development Representative that is looking to make the step into management while leading from the front i.e. managing a team of SDRs while also partaking in the business development yourself. Main Responsibilities Outbound Outreach: To potential customers - via phone calls, LinkedIn, email and other outbound demand generation tools we utilise in order to develop a strong pipeline for the Sales Team. Opportunity Qualification: Uncovering and understanding customer pains and challenges with the view explaining how we can address those business challenges Achieving Set Targets: Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through demand and lead generation - based on the number of meetings booked with Decision Makers Leading From The Front: Helping with general management and motivating the team on a day to day basis as well as par-taking in Business Development work yourself i.e. meeting the outlined responsibilities of a Business Development Executive as per the BDE job description. Operational Tools: Full understanding of how to use the designated CRM and call handling system and ensuring the team uses these tools accordingly. Team Incentives: Create and run weekly/ monthly and quarterly incentives for your team Reporting: Ensuring the team meets daily KPI expectations. Running and maintaining a performance-based weekly report detailing meetings booked by your team. Accountability: Being responsible for tracking your team’s punctuality, identifying areas of improvement as well as verticals to target. Social Leadership: Collaborating with Sales Leadership in the arrangement of team activities - inside & outside the office.
