We seek a National Premises Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the National Premises Manager will ensure the successful operation of the Client & Office Services business unit nationally, acting as a mentor and leader for all employees within the business unit. The National Premises Manager will manage the operational, support, procurement and building services for the business, whilst maintaining appropriate operational standards and principles across all offices to ensure best practices and maximise commercial benefit. Your role’s key responsibilities will include: Operational oversight and responsibility for Client and Office Services business unit nationally. Responsible for facilities maintenance (premises maintenance) and building management (premises relocation and refurbishment) for Dentons’ five offices nationally. Oversight of support services (mail and print services, distribution), and client services including reception, client floors and meeting facilities. Management of the procurement function for Client and Office services nationally, providing advice on budget management, and ensuring compliance with service agreements and account management requirements, including building premises, leasing, cleaning, and security. Coordination and oversight of the national archiving and records management process in accordance with relevant requirements. Support best practice management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organisational planning across all offices. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the services through improvements to each function, mitigating risk and identifying opportunities to adopt across all offices, with a focus on delivering operational excellence. Maintain the administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison across all management levels of the firm's operational and building service requirements. Management of courier booking systems and national travel with a focus on continuous improvement. Review the firm’s travel and booking processes, ensuring engagement with the providers and suppliers. Manage, mentor and support Client and Office Services teams across Dentons offices nationally, supporting ongoing growth and development. To be successful in this role, you will have solid premises management and delivery, staff management, client management, performance management and service management experience (preferably gained within a professional services firm). In addition, you will have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
