Responsibilities
As the Growth Lead, you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in a rapidly expanding business.
You will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives focusing on biddable media and performance-driven marketing, particularly across Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
You’ll work closely with a dedicated team of performance and growth managers to optimise customer acquisition and retention.
Your background:
* Proven experience in developing and implementing growth strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
* Proven experience executing and optimising new growth opportunities through creative experimentation on all digital channels.
* Experience collaborating with performance teams to enhance customer experiences and performance marketing campaigns.
* Experience in testing and analysing, and conducting A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiments to optimise marketing efforts. Utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
* 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, or a related field with a focus on growth.
* A growth mindset and a passion for innovation.
