About the Role
The Risk Analyst will perform complex risk identification and analysis, provide technical advice, and contribute to strategic planning and policy development. This role requires engagement with stakeholders to address risk management and issues impacting strategic, political, or operational outcomes for Defence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead risk discussions with departmental stakeholders. Maintain risk management documentation and databases. Deliver risk management training and workshops. Review risk practices for policy compliance. Engage with stakeholders on risk management issues. Build effective team relationships. Coordinate risk management information accuracy. Skills and Experience
Government expertise, preferably in Defence. Understanding of Commonwealth Risk Management Policy. Proven risk analytical experience. Ability to work independently and in teams. Outcome-focused with a results-driven mindset. Flexible and adaptable to change. Qualifications
Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field. Eligibility / Other Requirements
