Your remit will include developing and mentoring the team, working with key stakeholders, and implementing best practices and KPIs to ensure the project's success. You'll manage supplier contracts, engage with architects, and leverage your industry expertise to identify opportunities and value-add solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the FOW project, facilitating product launches and market entry. Mentor and upskill existing team members. Collaborate closely with key stake holders. Develop contracts with suppliers and conduct market analysis on mid-to-high-end competitor products. Engage with architects to design and brief products that align with client needs. Build new opportunities and drive product demand nationally. Ensure the implementation of best practices and track KPIs for project success. Skills and ExperienceExtensive experience in the building and construction industry is essential.
