Falcha, Sydney's premier Nepalese restaurant group, is seeking 4 talented Restaurant Managers to lead our vibrant teams across our 3 Sydney locations. Join us in our mission to deliver authentic Nepalese cuisine and exceptional dining experiences.
Position: Full-time Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations at one of our bustling Sydney venues
* Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of dedicated staff
* Manage inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
* Implement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of Nepalese or Asian cuisine is a plus
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
* Passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences
