* Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels while building and maintaining talent pools for future roles.
* Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and managing the interview process.
* Employer Branding: Promoting the company's culture and values to attract top talent, utilising social media and recruitment marketing strategies.
* Data & Compliance: Tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance, and continuously improving recruitment processes based on data-driven insights.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will demonstrate:
* 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, either in-house or agency.
