Part Time Permanent Position - 30.4 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.39am to 5.00pm Band 4 - Salary Range $72,119 to $76,460 per annum pro rata + 11.5% Super Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience. The Opportunity Melton City Council is seeking a highly motivated person to support the Customer Service Unit, delivering a range of face to face enquiries and a high volume of inbound calls.Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader Libraries, this position will provide timely and accurate information on Council's services to the public, Community Groups, internal and external service providers.You will be representing Council in providing a professional service to customers and an interface with internal Council operations to attain a "one-stop-shop" approach. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries made in person, by telephone and in writing.Collect and accurately process payments made to Council and balance floats accordingly.Accurately record customer requests in Council's corporate system.
