Eldridges is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work in our Freshwater office.
The role will best suit someone who:
1. Has experience working in a law firm;
2. Can multitask without losing attention to detail;
3. Can prioritise their workload;
4. Has experience of completing dictation/typing;
5. Enjoys working in a team and independently;
6. Is professional at all times.
The role involves:
1. Speaking to clients both on the telephone and in person;
2. Typing;
3. Preparing legal documents with supervision;
4. Emailing;
5. Scanning, copying and compiling documents;
6. Opening new matters and following our strict compliance procedures;
7. Assisting fee earners to ensure our clients get the best possible service.
A law degree or relevant training in a legal environment would be beneficial.
