About the Role Reporting into the Director of People and Culture, this position has to be fully onsite due to being the heart of the business and the responsibilities include: Duties Point of contact and support for onsite Office events and larger meetings. Monitor, respond to and re-direct emails and phone calls as appropriate, including initial enquiries to the main Office phone line. Monitor and order inventory for Office equipment and supply management, including projectors, video conferencing, general stock control, printers, and stationary items. Provide general administration support to other offices Assist with scheduling and on-boarding for new starters as required. Organising events and catering. Making coffees for guests. Managing all the meeting rooms with bookings and preparation. General administration support. Skills & Experience To be successful in securing this opportunity, you will have: Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills, coupled with strong communication and influencing skills and service based interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment Ability to work in cross-cultural settings, and connect with diverse teams internally across the organisation, as well as external stakeholders.
