About the role Contributing to the wider startup community and enabling our portfolio companies are both key pillars of Airtree's mission. As Talent Network Manager, you'll be running Airtree's flagship Talent programs, events, and networks to attract and connect top talent to our portfolio companies. This isn't a typical recruitment role - we're looking for an innovative, ambitious thinker who can build talent networks in a creative and scalable fashion, while also providing best-in-class consultation to our portfolio companies on matters relating to talent. Responsibilities At the heart of this role is creating a powerful talent network that aligns and connects top-tier talent with the hiring needs of Airtree's portfolio through talent attraction, matching and advisory. Attract: You'll build communities of top-tier talent through at-scale events, community initiatives, and partnerships, as well as 1:1 relationships. Match: Build great relationships with founders and their teams to understand each portfolio company's hiring plans, employer brand, culture and recruiting processes. You'll then match candidates to portfolio opportunities through introductions and referrals. Advisory: Provide portfolio companies with guidance and resources on best practice talent acquisition and employer branding strategies and processes. Examples include: Help an early-stage portfolio company set up their first recruitment processes; Create practical and insightful content on best practice talent acquisition and employer branding strategies; Help our portfolio companies effectively manage external recruiters; Complete backdoor references for key candidates across the portfolio. Startup Ecosystem: As a startup enthusiast, you'll advocate for top talent to join the startup ecosystem and proactively think of and execute new ways to help us connect talent with ANZ's startup community. Analytics: Manage the Airtree talent platform and track candidate and portfolio engagement metrics as well as successful talent placements. Salary Benchmarking: Ensure our portfolio companies have access to accurate total compensation benchmarks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
