Role Overview: In this contract role, you will be instrumental in implementing Infor WFM, ensuring a smooth transition and integration from the existing Time & Attendance (Kronos) system. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyse current workflows, customise solutions, and drive user adoption. Key Responsibilities: Full end to end implementation of new Time & Attendance system into several different locations around Australia. Act as a primary liaison between the business and their Implementation partner to drive the success of the project Understand the specifics of what the business is aiming to achieve and drive business requirements Oversee design and configuration Assist with testing, change management and training. Work with the integration teams to understand the technical requirements and impacts of this new system being integrated into other HCM & Payroll products, ideally any integration to Chris21 and Workday would be advantageous. Experience Required: Proven experience as an Infor WFM Time & Attendance Functional Consultant, transitioning from Kronos would be desirable, but not essential. Strong understanding of workforce management principles and best practices. Proficiency in Infor WFM modules and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
