It is also dedicated to delivering the best workplace technology experience for our over 53,000 people across CBA and focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way we work together and empower our people to achieve more for our customers.This role is part of the Dynamic Authorisation Squad, building and operating the future platform and enabling fine-grain authorisation across many customer interactions in the Group's digital channels including CommBank app and NetBank. Through Dynamic Authorisation, we look to significantly reduce customer exposure to Fraud and Scams by combining customer telemetry and bank policy for real-time transaction decisioning.We're interested in hearing from people who:Can provide deep technical hands-on experience and strategic product leadership.Participate and contribute to the Customer Identity Access Management Practice maintaining technical experience.Have a deep technical background across product, tooling, and strategic product leadership.Have a strong engineering background specifically to Dynamic Authorisation and the wider Ping Ecosystem.Are proficient in driving technical engineering, product strategies, and roadmaps across a complex technical ecosystem.Have a proven track record in designing and delivering mission-critical solutions.Understand the complexity and challenges in delivering scalable solutions in an enterprise setting.Can drive initiatives, define and investigate problem spaces, gain support for recommendations, design solutions, and deliver the outcome.Are a strong technical leader with the ability to inspire an engaged team of engineers fostering a culture of excellence, provide technical leadership and mentoring.Are a technical subject matter expert (SME) consulting on technical strategies, products, feature designs and will be critical to our quality implementation and delivery.Actively contribute to the squad's deliverables of which you will be part.Tech skills & experience:Have experience in Identity Access Management (IAM), preferably Customer Identity Access Management essential.Are proficient in implementing Ping Authorisation and leading technical strategy across a large and complex organisation.Have Ping Ecosystem expertise, specific to implementing Ping Authorisation or similar e.g., Styra, axiomatics, PlainID essential.Can provide authorisation and access controls experience.Bring experience across API, request, integration logic, rules, and policy.Have experience across the Software development tools.Have an extensive record of people management.Have worked on large-scale deployments in complex technology environments.Can articulate business value through visualisation tools and applicable data points.Have Cloud experience (AWS).Have experience with CI/CD, Ansible, Github, Teamcity (or Jenkins), Artifactory, and Octopus is desirable.If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
