We currently have a Training Partner position at our Wodonga DC to join the Woolworths Group and support Primary Connect. As a Training Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of process-oriented workforce development initiatives & learning solutions that increase speed to capability that achieve Primary Connect performance measures.
Working in an agile environment, you will be supported by a flexible and adaptive, high performing People team. You will have great exposure to large scale people initiatives through participation in people tribes and squads.
What you’ll do
4. Work closely with the Supply Chain Manager & DC Senior Leadership team to ensure that frontline delivery of training in a Distribution Center (DC) is optimised
5. Bring a collaborative approach to the development of Learning Materials, streamlining ways of working and systems to gain efficiencies in the delivery of best practice learning
6. Partner & collaborate with DC Operations, Safety, Workforce Planning, Primary Connect People Team and the Primary Connect E2E Learning Squad, to ensure the annual site training plan meets the safety and compliance standards as well as site team demands
7. Lead and coach the Workplace Coaches in best practice delivery, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
8. Make data informed recommendations to Wodonga DC Leadership Team that ensure the best operational return on investment
What you’ll bring
9. Proven experience in end-to-end delivery of large-scale training plans using a variety of delivery approaches, including face-to-face, online, and blended learning methods.
10. Analytical insight: Ability to interpret data and make well considered training plans
11. Success in building relationships across a diverse stakeholder group & the ability to navigate a broad range of inputs
12. Previous experience as a known & trusted partner in a fast-paced & deadline driven environment
13. Strong critical thinking & influencing skills to generate support for new opportunities
14. Expertise in technical, compliance or skill training planning and delivery is highly advantageous.
