About the Role: Liebherr-Australia has an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to showcase their skills and provide EA support to two of our Executive General Managers. Located in our Brisbane office, you will be responsible for the provision of effective and timely administrative services to support both the Executive General Manager - Sales & Marketing and Executive General Manager - Customer Support. Duties As the Executive Assistant, you will be required to provide timely and effective administrative support, such as, but not limited to: Being the primary point of contact for telephone, e-mail, messages and mail requiring the EGM's attention and support departmental budget requirements. Document creation and control, manage complex spreadsheets, Power Point presentations, collation of board papers, taking meeting minutes and distribution and follow up of action items. Organise local and international travel and accommodation, including expense reconciliation. Arrange meetings and manage competing diaries. Being a small office, assist with general office activities as needed. Skills and Experience Formal qualification in Business Management or a related discipline, with demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically with Power Point and Excel. Self-starter with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and able to support the annual budget planning process. Ability to manage multiple, diverse projects with competing timelines.
