Job Summary
The Goose is an iconic restaurant in the Southwest of Western Australia, seeking a skilled and imaginative Cook to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare ingredients, following established recipes and applying appropriate cooking techniques.
* Bake, grill, steam or boil fish, meat, vegetables and other foods.
* Presentation and garnish dishes.
* Measure and weigh ingredients.
* Set up workstation and operate kitchen equipment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Cook.
* Qualification in Commercial Cookery.
* Ability to work independently.
* High level of creativity.
Employment Details:
* Full-time position.
* Remuneration: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + superannuation.
