We’re currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to lead and grow our Oral Nutrition Supplement portfolio alongside the senior brand manager. In this newly created position, you’ll be accountable for achieving commercial objectives and executing marketing initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
1. Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans including multi-channel engagement campaigns for both healthcare professionals and patients across Australia and New Zealand.
2. Use in depth knowledge of brand positioning and insights to execute brand plans including multi-channel engagement campaigns
3. Spearhead digital transformation, collaborate on ATL/BTL initiatives, and evaluate marketing impact for continuous improvement
4. Develop robust brand strategies based on consumer insights, observations, and commercial performance to drive growth in the Adult Health Care Nutrition space.
5. Take ownership of the execution of the marketing calendar, including campaign brief development, creative & media plan evaluation, & continuous optimisation.
6. Lead projects related to NPD and the innovation pipeline
7. Conduct monthly performance tracking for the brandto identify key drivers for the business.
8. Collaborate with a variety of internal stakeholders as well as maintain strong working relationships with external agencies
About You
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced & passionate marketer/ Brand Manager looking to manage unique brands that truly make a difference in the quality of life of its consumers. You have a natural commercial acumen and can navigate complexity and challenges with a positive outlook. You nurture strong working relationships and have a passion for the products and brands you are managing.
Ideally you will have:
9. Marketing experience preferably at Brand Manager level
10. Experience working within the FMCG, consumer or healthcare industry, preferably with Pharmacy channel
11. Strong understanding of the elements of the brand P&L & experience in business case development for initiatives & NPDs
12. Experience in project management of marketing activations & new product development
13. Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing or Business
14. Great attention to detail
15. Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage & influence internal & external stakeholders
16. Experience in navigating business complexity such as a broad product portfolio or managing multiple stakeholders.
