In this vital role, you'll provide Executive Assistant duties to the General Manager Corporate Services and also coordinate our Governance Services to our stores and monitor grants for the corporation.
Imagine being part of an Executive Assistant group which consists of five people, where you can bounce ideas off each other and support each other in your quest for success. Now that is not something you see every day in this type of role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide executive support, including proactive diary management, committee meeting coordination and minutes, and preparation of documents and reports.
* Support the retail team with Governance Services for stores, monitor and check to ensure compliant with ORIC/Companies Act etc.
* Monitor, market, and report on available, applied for, awarded and reconciled grants.
* Manage and update the company’s intranet page.
* Be a member of the companies social club and guide and promote togetherness in our business.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, supporting senior management.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel, and strong office technology skills.
* Exceptional time management and organisational abilities, with experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with trustworthiness and discretion.
You will be personable, approachable, and ideally have a passion for supporting the broader team.
