Balance a clinical caseload and lead the daily operational needs of the speech pathology team Develop, plan and conduct therapy sessions within the participants natural environment that aligns with a person centred and strengths-based model Ensure integrated and comprehensive service delivery utilising a multidisciplinary and culturally informed approach Evaluate progress and outcomes using relevant measures, and discuss outcomes with NDIS participants, family and key stakeholders Oversee planning of speech pathology service workflow, service development and schedules Support and mentoring speech pathology team members and students to achieve clinical competency and outcomes-based service delivery Prepare full, accurate and timely KPI reports that will assist in future planning and recommendation strategies Support, lead and develop Quality Service improvement initiatives that will enhance Therapy Services operations Is this the right role for you? Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and relevant registration Demonstrated management and/or leadership experience Ability to demonstrate clinical competency, which is outcomes based, within the designated caseload Experience working with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds Excellent interpersonal skills including outstanding written and verbal communication and a coaching leadership style Strong computer literacy in Microsoft and Apple applications Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, and an NT Drivers Licence NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
